Tearjerkers/Heartbreaking

Don't get me started on this one. I wanna write 10 pages of review about this story. I CRIED AFTER READING THIS AND I PRACTICALLY FORCED ALL MY FRIENDS TO READ THIS. I love tragic stories combined with an amazing plot idea so my love for it just exceeded boundaries. "His Romance of 500 Years" really lasted for 500 years and I swear, my heart is still aching for this one. I wanna write a good review but the space is just too limited but I swear, this was a masterpiece

The art may be unappealing at first but the plot is so beautiful. I initially thought that it's the typical love story of an ugly character and the gorgeous one but it was deeper than that. It's about bullying, tragic pasts, and broken relationships. The best thing is, this story shows the development of every character while facing all those hardships head on. The emotions as well as the lines are perfect for every scene. This was truly one of my favorites.

I have a thing for historical + psychological + tragedy type of stories so this one was a pure joy for me. I thought this will just be another fluff story but the darkness is evident in every page that it just engulfs me and pushed me to keep reading. I did not expect foe that kind of ending but no matter what, I'll still imagine the best ending I could give to all of them. They have suffered too much, I'll gladly give them some warm cuddles.

This is a very heartwarming manga about sacrifices, lies and unrequited but pure love. Taku has sworn to protect Ken's smile at any cost but without him knowing, Ken's doing the exact same thing. At first I thought this will be a normal fluffy manga but I found myself shedding tears at the end. In my honest opinion, this was a very simple but good story.
