It's a bit weird to start with this one. It just reminds me a lot of my own adolescent experience. It's the best yuri manga from that perspective. I wish it was longer. Don't plagiarize, kids!
This manga is super Ecchi, but also super cute! It is atypical for a yuri from the 2000s to be both romantic and also racey. I wouldn't say it was done tastefully by any stretch of the imagination, but I thought it was sweet as well as fun.
Very progressive for its 2008 release date. Impressive.
I'm not even sure why this one gets me. I really like it and I can't understand why. It's on the lower end of my five star scale. I guess I like that you don't have to wait forever for the romance to develop. It's evident that they're into each other about halfway through, and the relationship grows from there. Sweet ending.
I usually don't like oneshots, but this one is so freaking cute! It takes two minutes to read, but it is so sweet.
Pretty short, but super adorable. Heh. Calligraphy club. NERDS!
I love everything about this manga. It is really funny and endearing. I wish there was more.
This gets a 5 due to my personal experience. I'm sure many people have been in this situation: you're 12-15, you have a crush on an adult. You think it'll never happen, but you let it be known that you're into them. The adult likes you back and you think this is AWESOME. Until you don't. You realize something is off about the relationship. You feel a bit pressured to do things that you're not quite ready to do. It is no longer fun.
My first interracial yuri manga! I actually can't even think of a single other one. It's a very cute (but unbelievable) story about a girl who falls in love after one "date" and travels to another country for a gorgeous girl. Sexy, sweet, a bit too short. I love this manga.
I already made a comment about this, but LESBIAN PIRATES. This manga is awesome! Starts out super cute, and does not stop being the cutest thing imaginable. CAN'T STOP WON'T STOP. A lot of implied sex, nothing too graphic.
Gets a bit "dramatic" at the end, but still super sweet. Genuine feelings throughout, but doesn't get resolved until the last chapter. I hate this trope in yuri manga. Still, 10/10, great story.
