Despite the tagging and genre, I don't want to consider this as a romantic one. Because, this manga is more about the life of the MC that suddenly contracted vampiric disease and can only live with blood and his friend who's willing to share his blood with him and live together till he die. There's no indication of they having sexual relationship, but they may harbor feelings for each other deep inside. All in all, both of them died.
