Listen, a male lead can still be a red flag but an interesting character. Even if I know it would toxic as hell IRL, I still love reading about it because it’s interesting. I remember really liking this story but at some point it got kinda…boring? Maybe I have to re-read with a fresh mind to enjoy it again.
I think I spend more time being confused than actually engaging with the story. Is it just me or is everything moving really fast??? I’m only on chapter 25 and somehow the stakes have been driven up the wall. I still find it enjoyable to read but not for the romance. I’m more curious as to what the hell is happening.
