Ok I think I wrote this review in early or mid 2022… finally finished it April of 2024….. I enjoyed it actually? The end was surprisingly more fluffy than I thought. The inferiority complex is more believable than I thought, or maybe I find myself understanding the concept more now

love the characters !!! This is def in my top for shounen ai —I hope it stays this way

I think I’m reading for art and nostalgia bc haribo is one of the first shounen ai authors I’ve read…the plot is definitely weird….. I don’t know how I feel .

Ok update December 2023: I finished it around the time the series ended (the summer?) plot was most definitely weird but their sexual tension kept me interested… and the fact that there r side stories coming out

only reading this cuz I’m in a weird escapism mood (December 2022). Hope his feeling fades. This story is … not good. I’ve been catfished ever since make me bark. Update May 2024, ok maybe this one needed some time to cook for me… why did I actually like it this time around? Finished it all (the side stories are horrific tho ngl) but the main couple lowkey cute… the yearning was definitely keeping me reading … boss weird asf. Wish there was more characterization outside of romance plot
