light 7
This manhwa, starts slow, is slow, but not as slow as i expected. In fact, it just seems like the main problem with this series is that nothing is happening. Perhaps, some of the key points got lost in translation, but to me the motives behind each character's action is weak. This, paired with the slow pacing, is usually what makes me drop a webtoon. What the series has going for it are the occasional action scenes, the interesting backstories, and the hot Sehyuk. So, do read this.
Alright motherfuckers, this one is good.
The plot, it's there; the heat, as well. It's riveting, i'll be honest. While i don't care for the whole Aman religion ordeal, I do think that the paradox in the church's actions to defeat the vampires is very interesting. Good stuff and good smut. Strong 8.
Strong 8.
A very well rounded story filled with drama between a sexy rich potter and a young carefree guy. I highly recommend.
This one is no joke people!!! The characters are so interesting and their motivations intertwine to make the most perfect plot that has existed in manhwa history. The buildup of action will make you combust. Strong 9.
This series is already looking much better than the ever-so-boring K's secret. The author is still doing what she does best, that is, drawing beautiful characters and smut, but now believe it or not, it's interesting!!!!
Yes. I love it when manhwa writers make unique supernatural stories. Furthermore, the series uses traditional exorcism with modern characters. The author manages to write side stories that don't pull the attention away from the main characters, something tgcf could never. Strong 8.
Even if this story is basically a trope in a trope, I still think its really fucking good. Yes, office romance has been done a thousand times, but the great thing about this series is that it spares you from mindlessly reading the office drama part, and instead you get to savour the progression of two enemies becoming lovers, from sex friends to boyfriends.
BL ISEKAI done masterfully! Since this series is aimed at an exclusively Japanese audience, readers who have never dabbled in the mind-numbing game IKEMEN SENGOKU, may find themselves lost in the plot. Worry not, you won't need to suffer through events and gacha draws just to find out what happened to Oda Nobunaga, because all you need to know is: Nobunaga and his military (suspected lover Mori Ranmaru) are trying to start a revolution, but before he conquers all of Japan he dies in a fire.
I'm impressed by how an author could possibly make this story interesting after having fucked up the first 3 chapters. I gave this a second try just because the rating was so high and ppl seemed to really like it. Despite the trashy start, the story is a beautiful unraveling of two angsty teenagers coming-of-age story. This story is a rare case where I would've liked for the author to write more, but all in all, the progression of their relationship and the story was executed very well.
