There’s no true love given by a ML in a manga than in this book. Dude threw away his power, position, family, and God just for the FL. Amazing

This is a depressing & toxic read, but I dig it. FL grew up in a poor family situation with a prostitute mom & her only sense of familiarity is her grandma. She has no dignity when it comes to ML, whom actually likes her, but acts like he only wants her for boombayah. Everything could have been resolved if both communicate, but because they started off bad (him forgoing her mom’s debt), she doesn’t want to communicate in fear that he will drop her quicker than an atomic bomb.

He is obsessive but he is still a soft dude. The confinement only lasted a few chapters and it reverted back to your usual shoujo manga

ML confines MC and does something against her will… this isn’t my cup of tea though but some may enjoy it.

It’s trauma bonding…I feel like this is what an actual ML of that era would do to a slave because he can get away with all the confinement and graping. The comment section hates FL but she literally has no choice. What can she do as a slave in that era?

From the naive and manipulated MC, to the brave and unlucky second ML, and to the cruel and horrible ML. Thank you to the translator for doing such a fantastic work but I can’t bear to read the upcoming unhappy ending that everyone warns about

There’s no angst, just confinement.
MC is just a young naive boy who is getting manipulated by ML who is rich, older, and obsessed. Obsession apparently runs in ML’s family.

ML is actually insane…he is deranged and trying to confine the MC without his knowledge
There’s pretty good build up of politics in this manga

300% angst love, no confinement.
This entire plot was written as a rage bait. You can tell by how pitiful the MC and her family is written to be, and yet, how irritating the MC’s character is. she doesn’t ever fight back properly against her fake family, but lashes her anger towards the ML. The ML is the real victim out of the story. He is actually a reasonable character who doesn’t know anything b/c no one told him the truth.

The confinement is part of the introduction of the story. The story ‘S pacing is a bit choppy, but it’s still readable
