The way Waka Hirako utilizes line weight during the more erratic and explosive scenes emphasizing so much of the characters emotions
- Everything feels like it's moving, the hair flows, the eyes look like theyre trembling, it feels raw and the atmospheres are palpable
- Details like mouth wrinkles, noticeable tear drops, streaky blushes
The crisp and clean paneling paired with the funky and clear stylized aesthetic of the artist is mesmerising. I aspire to have their technique in terms of cutouts, closeups and how they draw palpable atmospheres.
- The lineart isn't perfect, it gives a hand-drawn quality to it even though I'm certain it's done digitally (?) and the cross hatching is erratic and cool
- Anatomy is arbitrary, yet the proportions remain perfect
the art style until ch. 27 (it changes)
