Doesn't start off good and the omega is pretty naive, lots of angst and the Alpha tries his best... though he ends him making the omega pregnant before things become official between them, he DOES take responsibility afterwards though, so I'm not sure whether it should be called rape or not, since the omega had feelings for him too.

Not an omegaverse, but m-preg happens because of the difference in species! Seme is a vampire and uke is a female lycan... the pregnancy parts were so vivid , never seen pregnancy drawn with such care in yaoi before ! As expected of BWAT !
