First season was incredible, season 2 was dogshit.

This was honestly pretty good. The twists were decent and the characters were likable. I also like how they didn't have a perfectly happy life after the game, they're traumatized and it shows.
More funny than serious but still fits. MC isekai's into a book he was reading and possesses Lloyd, the most hated character who was supposed to die early. He decides to use his knowledge as an engineer to earn money by creating modern buildings and bring his family out of crushing debt.
The staple of BL horror, the mythical summon, the magnum opus. MC summons a demon to fulfill his gore fetish and gets turned into a demon too because ML liked him. MC wants to humble ML so he goes on an adventure, ruining countless lives including his own depending on how you'll feel about the ending.
Emperor cheats on MC and breaks the engagement for a another girl yada yada. Turns out he had a childhood crush and thought the other whore was here even though it was MC all along aaaAAAAA. Anyway the real ML is her brother or something it's been ages since last update
ML is a twisted fucking cycle path and MC was his toy. MC unalives himself for fantasy reasons and the goddess gives him another chance at life. MC hates the ML now and ML doesn't know why because MC thought him how to be human this time and ML isn't that twisted yet. The story peaked in the first 20 chapters and that's it, you can skip 70% of this manga without missing anything.
MC was in love with douchebag nasty bitch ML who has abandonment issues. He liked ''testing" his lovers by treating them like shit to see if they'll stick around to "prove their love" but it ended up driving MC away instead. The regret part is great but they end up completely destroyed by the end.
ML blames all of his sufferings on MC because he stopped him from meeting his father when he was little. He bullied MC for years until he realized that his momma was trying kill him that day. Just when he realizes his love, MC moves away. They meet again later but ML is miserable to see that MC is a very social and likable person once he's not in ML's shadow, and he can make a lot of friends.
MC was getting bullied for years until he tried to kill himself and became a mind reading immortal instead. I don't want to spoil the story but it's super fucked up and amazing. It's my favorite manga of all time please read.
