Delinquent has to serve time in the school library and a good student is asked to watch over him. They start to have feelings for one another. The one thinks he will go to Tokyo where the other feels he has to stay and watch over his mom, his dad had died when he was younger. Turns out she gets a serious boyfriend and wants her son to move out-mean, but this allows him to move in with his boyfriend.
