Amnesia

Ono Shizuka awakens in a hospital with no recollection of how he got there, only to be embraced by an unknown man. It was the person who called the ambulance, Yukihiko Sakai. Shizuka meets him again at the patisserie he works at but Sakai stops visiting shortly after. His gnawing curiosity as to the reason why pushed him to look more into this beautiful man and his unclear familiarity.

Premise was good but the execution was weak.
