Im sypathetic of the fate that befallen the omega and totaly understand why he's being a jackass but that loyalty and determination he didnt know he has for his one and only is making my head dizzy, this manga feels like the embodiment of what trust looks like in a relationship

They are not that old and its more of childhood friends to lover kind of troupe. The storyline is simple and super enjoyable, not really focused on the main pairing. It's more like stringing the situation, relationship with other cast into the main pairing. It's mature and felt real. Can imagine this as a drama series just these two yearning for each other and ends with anticlimatic ending which is good.
Please
