Honestly, it's really good but also morally really bad. I struggle with chronic pain and the conversation she had with her best friend made me cry. F-M is struggling. I feel like it's fine that she looks disheveled and "ugly," as some have said... she's in pain. A lot of pain. I hope the best for these two charactes. Not much info on male MC yet, need more of that and for him to stop being so evil. No redpmption n I won't be able to enjoy the story much, so pls
