Higher society girl brought low, finds herself intrigued by the class clown. It's kind of cute.
This was awesome. Funny, with action, sadness and growth for the characters.
Because she has an unique ability, this girl has trouble trusting people. She meets up with a detective whom she learns to trust and together they solve mysteries.
Interesting concept. Female protagonist pitches a bitch about an arranged marriage, though changes her mind quickly via a 'boo' moment; however, that's a minor issue. The overall story line is intriguing.
This one tends to speak her mind even when she shouldn't, which does get her into trouble; however, she isn't a whiner and when she makes a decision, she sticks with it.
This girl begins almost as a middle aged woman stuffed in a teenage body. Then she goes all wobbly internally, but somewhat manages to maintain her stolid composure. The read is kind of sweet.
She is determined to be the consummate professional, but becomes entangled in an odd, and escalating, relationship with her boss. She does struggle with the private/professional/vampire-human relationship, and it may be overly irritating to some, but I didn't find her whiny, fake or crybaby with it.
Aww. Just aww. A wild young man struggling to adapt to an urban environment meets a girl who loves animals.
Kick ass girl who hates men meets a kick ass boy who doesn't give a shit and finds her humorous. There are so many ups and downs, even some left and rights, but it's a funny, interesting story.
This is a world where a mutation has manifested in vampiric qualities in some humans, but, as witnessed throughout human history, what is different is considered evil and dangerous, and so conflict rules. A young half-breed man and a human girl struggle to find their place with each other and a world rife with ignorance, refusal of understanding and hate.
Saruyama!
