I don't think I've read this one yet but I'm gonna bookmark it for now.
It's a short and sweet omegaverse between and alpha and a beta.
I actually really like that this story is about a Beta x Beta couple, and they stay that way throughout. It's kind of an interesting take on a trope that was mostly made for people to ogle at Alpha x Omega pairings, I would put it in top tier but I kind of don't like how the main conflict (the misdiagnosis) is handled. I feel like it was a little too dispassionate but it's still a good read.

I can't remember if I've read this but this is just pure smut LOL. It's great at what it does.
Omg I started reading this and I just couldn’t finish it. I stopped at Ch 51. I think the omega got too annoying.
It was fine. It’s not one of those serious Yakuza stories. Either way it scratched that itch of wanting to see a character who’s supposed to be tough and scary be sweet.
