Revealing what’s toxic about this would spoil the plot of this short story. But it’s vampire x human. The age gap alone is problematic to me.
Why is the whole conflict of this story centered around something that one of the mcs actually said they were okay with towards the end.
The ending is underwhelming and isn’t clear on who ends up with who. But the reason why it’s problematic is because of the power dynamics and the non consensual use of magic abilities in their relationship.(erasing memories, sacrificing oneself etc)
They are sisters, and underaged.
Mc #1 is keeping her emotions about mc #2 polyamory bottled up. Not as problematic as it could be, but this whole series is
