world traveller/ reincarnation/ another world/ rpg-like mangas that I've read

I am heavily interested in isekai stories; 'reincarnation', 'world traveller', or any 'another world' aspect to it. I know that this type of story may seem repetitive, so I want to search for more isekai stories that seems different from the cliche scenarios.
I might add some other fantasy/game like stories that doesn't have any world traveller/ reincarnation aspect to it. I just thought that they are somewhat similar?
Please tell me any recommendations from this genre that isn't on the list.
I like this manga; it feels refreshing. Since op mcs are becoming the norm these days, I sorta missed the old 'struggles of getting stronger' type of stories. Warning tho, there's a harem if that's not your cup of tea. Basically, the story is about a weak mc who looked exactly like the strong hero from the legends. Since he doesn't have the strength like the hero from the legends, he was called the fake hero. However, he will soon learn that his strength lies elsewhere.
Oh wow, I am really liking this plot so far. The mc was a vicious queen in her past life, resulting to her and her family's death. On her second life, she became a surgeon in order to atone for her past sins, but because of a plane crash, she returned back to her original life. This time, she wants to change and avoid her dark future by becoming a doctor

There's actually one more that I forgot that's really good, and definitely worth reading if you have time! (I'd rank this tied with OSO and spirit migration.) It's less of the linear RPG-esque, but has many of the same elements.

They all seem interesting xD also I wanted to say that slime and remonster were already part of my list, but it's ok ^^ i've also watched log horizon and I enjoyed it as well.
