MC died 6 times. This is MC 7th life. ML only remember their 6th life not the previous 5 lives before it. Yinyang story. ML is yang person. While webtoon might portrayed ML rape MC on wedding night, in novel it wasn't rape.
ML thought they were couple in 6th life. MC thought ML only liked his body, even tho ML repeatedly asked MC to be his wife. They both misunderstand each other in 6th life. And 7th life, they both distrust each other due to previous memory

Not recommended by me but some readers still like it.
ML forcefully made MC his concubine, in yinyang world fantasy joseon era. Both are reincarnated again in modern time korea (different world from previous life). Both have memories of past life. MC has same look. ML has similar but different look. Contain rape & manipulation with no regret or redemption arc
