more of a personal story but im including this here because it tackles the lesbian experience + along with mental health and struggling with connection despite yearning for it. I can't explain how beautiful the personal themes of this story are, including just how relatable it is (whether its the work, loneliness, binge/undereating, self harm, etc.) but GOD i always cry when rereading this along with her other works, i will never stop reading this. its been years and i still come back to it
