Akahachi's art style is very unique - it perfectly suits the manga's minimalist plot.
For me, this manga demonstrates the purest form of slice-of-life BL romance. No convoluted story, no complex drawings, just the fluffy feeling of minimal romance and everyday (workplace) life.
Non-typical BL characters: one is an middle-aged man, the other is non-bishie.
Could be also in the unusual and unique list. Probably one of the best Chinese BL stories.
2025/07/19: dunno whether vol7 is the ending, so I put it into the 'already read' category - Very good omegaverse BL: cuteness, fun characters, focus on societal problems (hierarchy, prejudice, etc), focus on matters relating to dealing with/raising kids (role of parents; what it takes to be a 'good parent'; responsibility; how to approach kids as responsible adults).
Very good healing story.
(I don't know if there's gonna be vol.2.)
