unique and cinematic panelling style
the storytelling makes use of all the senses
a deep dive, raw and revealing
composition is excellent
this is completely free on lezhin with 39 chapters so don't read it here
this manhwa is more of an almost fable-like mystery story that just happens to also be a BL. since it is set during japan's colonial rule over korea i love how they acknowledged the repression that came with the occupation and touched on the class dynamics a little bit. the art is immaculate, the characters are very loveable, and overall this just reminded me of the handmaiden by park chan-wook which immediately
i feel like reducing this masterpiece to just "bl" is greatly insulting actually but fuck like more people need to read this
everything by this author arai niboshiko (aka noda ayako of "double") EATSSSS
the slam dunk art style is killing meeee
this doujin is so well written, it really feels like an extension of the story and world of one piece which is what i really want to see whenever i'm consuming fan content whether it be fics or djs regardless if it's related to shipping or not. really rare and refreshing to see
the art is kinda excellent omg & usually i'm not really into the webtoon style but like DAMN.... that one panel where skylar is bleeding omg
psychological, it hasn't updated in a while but i really want to see where the author takes this exploration into the psyche of these two
really underrated, the art style is simple but the characters and unique premise are what make this
Hikaru ga Shinda Natsu
