if you want a fluffy coming-of-age story of a girl who goes to school to Tokyo and her slice-of-life shenanigans. It's so much more than romance. They're bond?? It is everything and so positive. (officially licensed and an anime)

psychological thriller, really just messes with the mind. great, underrated read. don't let the cover fool you. series still ongoing. sharing even the premise gives too much away for this story. (officially licensed)

yuri gem

iffy ending but the ride to get there is amazing, years later and this manga just stays with you. the world building and relationships, the author created a little gem.

keeping my rant short here, but this manga is so great. pokes fun at and references other media and common shounen troupes. the author is a movie buff. hell there's even yuri/bl bait here n there. the themes are overall dark hinting at trauma, exploitative systems/relationships etcetera... but done well and with comedy and action.
