there is still a plot going on, a pretty serious one at that. got that yoneda-kou-lonely-japanese feely iykwim

- fashion designer x assistant
a story about MC's shift in goals and views of life while working for the ever famous designer ML. Starting of just to have money, MC later turned into work-crazed person who stife for nothing but success. This somehow makes ML aware of how bad of ideal he have all this time.
it's always entertaining when both people in relationship learns how much of a toxic life they had, then decided to change it for good.

- Boss x subordinate
MC and ML used to be in a relationship back in high school. Broke up because of a misunderstanding, they met each other at the office.
Mainstream plot, I know. But what makes this story unique is the way it focuses more on the changes they had while they separate and the gap of understanding they had towards each other from their separation period
there is also 2 other story.

- Yakuza blackmail
MC is forced to work as errand boy, doing dangerous work for a mafia. It's just, his boss love to sexual harass him all the time.
This is the kind of manga with bad plot, good execution from the beginning till middle part, then there comes this unsatisfying ending. Pretty toxic, but hot and bittersweet at the same time.

- Family feeling
MC's father married a widow with 3 kids. Not long after the marriage, both parent died. MC and his 3 little brother have to navigate the world together, working their ass off, and resolving conflict between each other.
Ok the pairing was unexpected. I REALLY THOUGHT THE MC WILL END UP WITH... ah never mind, I like it this way better. thanks author. and okay, I've never had any problem with half incest relationship, but if you do, then this is not for you.

MC's shrine got burned, so he ask ML's help to house him in his shrine. But how can both live peacefully, knowing MC is possessed with cat spirit, and ML is possessed by the 12 spirit animal that used to betray cat spirit
Fluff, plot, and smut all in one place. After years, I thought I would no longer like this manga. turns out after re-reading it again, it's just legit good.

- Church, cults, satanism
MC is a believer in God. but one day, his family is murdered by the satanic. He begins to question his faith in God that let all of this happen. At his rebellious decision, he met ML, the delinquent student that appears to know too much. Is he a student tho?
Aiyah, cults and religion theme is always so intriguing to me. As a believer, reading this manga, I try to question some and learn something about my own faith. The yaoi part of this manga is cherry on top.

MC tries to request partnership to ML's family brewery, but the cold grandpa keeps on rejecting the idea. Not only that, MC also keep on getting rejected romantically by the grandson of the brewery. Well, Let's see how strong willed our cute MC is.

ML love MC's bro too deeply, he is willing to do everything, including housing MC and teaching his too-good-to-be-brain brain. Well, if along the way ML suddenly move on his love interest to his friend's bro, then who are we to judge?
classic. Sometimes I find it hard reading this manga with it's art style, especially the first few volume. But the story feels like home, with authentic 2010s yaoi feel

Our handsome and perfect ML is searching for his true love by accepting dating offer from anyone that confess to him first in a week, then breaking with them at the end of the week. He's a gentleman tho, no bad review at all. And our MC? just a curious good-for-nothing handsome boi that didn't expect a yes for answer
