omg im so frwaking sad and mad like what the scallop
up until chapter 52 (end of season 1) the art and story was amazing and left an epic impression and it was so good that i reread it after forgetting about it but when season 2 started everything just got terrible
the artist changed for some reason and it looks rly bad now and the story just changed up completely and is focused on romance now and just sucks tbh, so its 4 stars until chapter 53 because dropped :(

im pretty sure this is the pre main story of gokurakugai so i learned about the characters a bit before reading the main story and im exciteddd the art is so pretty and i love the world building with beastmen and stuff and setting of this futuristic china-esque inspired place!!

so this is actually really funny I laughed and repeated the jokes to myself many times throughout (✯ᴗ✯)
love the artstyle a lot it's very pretty and I know that the artist also drew kiribaku before which explains why there is some epic queerbaiting in the story
also I feel like it has inspiration from jujutsu kaisen because they mention geto in the story as a joke and there's a drawing of itadori in the extras so I was mding jjk and nanbaka for the whole time

maru is indescribably beautiful omg hes so *insert any pretty synonym* i actually cant fathom it sometimes its a crime that this isnt a bl and this artist was the one who used to make mha doujins (i think)
anyway i think i finished it and am now just waiting for more updates so it's technically just on hold for now but the hype was definitely justified (maru and the art carries omg)

honestly not bad i quite enjoyed this the only reason its not rated higher is because im just feining for fanservice and there was not enough of it :( the main part I was excited for fanservice wise happened in chapter 7 then nothing like it happened again
