Saika Dengo is a person with the super-natural power to talk directly to people’s minds. One day he gets accused of talking to much in his mind by some random guy . Their first meeting doesn’t go well when the guy is rude to Saika. When they meet again the guy tells Saika that he can hear his thoughts inside his head.
