An absolute banger. This is set in a world where random dungeons crop up and cause calamity if the boss isn’t defeated in a set amount of time. Traumatized restorer uke is strong armed into joining a fight in a series of dungeons by manipulative hunter seme. I understand why some side-eye the seme; until the very end, I really doubted if he actually loved the uke. This is like 80% drama/angst/action, 20% romance, and 0% spice. Still, I loved this. Great read.

I’m only rating this so high because I’m a masochist. Bro…. the seme is EVIL. Like almost Sangwoo tier sociopathic villain. I read through all of season 1 just WAITING to see him change his act but just when I thought his abusive behavior was bad… it got worse. My jaw literally dropped when he dumped his drink on the uke’s head. I actually want his ass to get beat. If you don’t mind SA/abuse/martyr uke themes and love angst… this is it.

God I love this. Half-formed vampire x introverted embalmer somehow end up in a roommate situation. My only gripe with this is that the last update was last year and it left off with only the slightest hint of romance. This is a really refreshing and unique story.
5/5 extremely biased take
This is such a classic. I’ve probably read this at least ten times since high school. Uni teacher (uke) is assigned to watch over a foreign exchange student (seme) who is from a newly discovered beautiful and exceptionally talented tribe. Love the author’s art style as well. Great mix of romance with that sweet splash of tension. This is a super wholesome read.

College student uke (a fan of seme) x college student seme (who also happens to be a top gay 18+ streamer). Love the art. Seme is kind of a d0uche can0e but his redemption arc is satisfactory. This is a classic.

Went through a weird phase of being obsessed with convenience store worker x [anyone] and this scratched that itch like no other. Seme is so fine. The plot is not super duper memorable but it’s still really good and high quality in my opinion. Great mix of romance, smut, and angst. Not too heavy on the angst though, so it’s a good read for the faint hearted.

So cute. Nice uplifting and wholesome love story. Seme is deaf and uke doesn’t know sign language at first which leads to a lot of cute misunderstandings. Also, seme has a really nice voice which gets the uke off lol. Sign haters block me.

I’ve read this at least 5 times. Went through a policeman x [anyone] phase (I am still in this phase) and this is so cute and wholesome. It moves at just the right pace and is a great read.

Hot sleazy playboy seme policeman is stationed in a village and turns the local, closeted, laundry worker (uke) into his personal fleshlight. This has its problems but listen… I wish this was longer. Super NSFW but I won’t lie I kind of love the trope of one of the pair being all haughty and then overtime becoming head over heels for someone they once saw beneath them. Also policeman x anyone is so yummy. This would genuinely be so good if it was expanded.

Serial killer seme x hostage uke. I am so parched for serial killer romance content that perhaps this tap water tastes like untouched spring water. Still pretty good tap water though. Not a huge fan of the secondary psycho character. His presence just made the whole thing bizarre.
