to be honest the male lead was an asshole at first, but once you learn his past and his motivations, you begin to understand. Especially those subtle moments when he begged the mc not to hate him or 'leave him' in a way, he gets attached and trusts only a few.

This an omegaverse story and yaoi: the main character is from an aristocrat family, where he feels a great deal of pressure and expectations from those around him.

WARNING !! nonconsensual sex (rape) and Abuse !! do not interact if you're sensitive to this. The first half of the season is the main character Aeroc's pov and the second season is a regression and the ML's pov.
I am not putting this here bc i did not enjoyed it nor, do i validate rape or abuse. But, it genuinely made me tear up, the ML is shit and none of them can communicate for shit

I swear the best smoothly written shoujo that I'm currently enjoying, usually when it's an otome game the author would often forget about the aspects like (penelope eckhart no offense i love u bbg) how restrictive an otome game really is or an novel and the main character is really punished.

Despite the main characters name being 'karen' give it a read. Out of honesty, some won't automatically forgive her actions in the past especially if she caused them so much harm. But, I believe some people are capable of change and improvement, even if they reject it

The angst with dad was so relatable, as a person who had to achieve a lot to feel "recognized" i did a lot of dumb shit in the process of doing so...but, hey at least the dad in the manhwa is a dilf

I don't know? I think it refreshing to see a short haired lady in a manga who isn't too buffy (not that I'm against beefy queens like slayy) But, the miscommunication towards each other is just *chef kiss*

I stg the fml (black hair and green eyes) family is superficial asf to the point that it's okay to murder someone and to blatantly hide it under the rug or, the "priest" father just condoned bad behavior and his negligence led to most of his kiddos becoming entitled and greedy. There's so much conflicts i literally stayed up to 5 am invested because i stared at my ceiling stressed out what could happen next.
