People followed True Enemies to Lovers page 1

I have strong opinions on Enemies to Lovers: 

1. Characters must get hit/shamed/cursed/made to look stupid equally. Most of these stories the girl dislikes the guy and he's a dick but she's always the one made to look dumb. Or made to seem unreasonable. 
2. No power imbalance: As in, if the FL is treated like shit and can't in any way shape or form retaliate in an equal manner, then the story starts feeling more like Stockholm syndrome.
