People followed 8/10 manhwa (not a 10 but enjoyed them) page 1

why are these manhwas on my 8/10 list and not 10/10 list:

• ending was bad / rushed 
• second couple didn’t get together / got enough exposure 
• it was good but not as good as to deserve 10/10
• rated them 5 starts after reading but somehow didn’t put them into 10/10 list (and now i don’t remember why and that’s why they are on this list) 
• there was something off / stupid about the plot
