Commoner blacksmith gets his dream job, spends years being overworked, beaten, and verbally abused by his noble coworkers before he's rescued by a dashing Duke's daughter.
Predictably, he was the only one in the royal smithy actually doing any work, so now his former colleagues are fucked.
Local orphan whose parents gave their lives for this shitty village is given a Decoy skill that attracts monsters and is immediately run out of town. Turns out his skill also works on divine beasts, all of whom have alternate Sexy Anime Girl forms.
Vibes are more poly than harem, if that makes sense. Just a normal boy, his little sister who's a dragon, and his pretty shapeshifting divine gfs living the peaceful mountain life.
Adventurer under a curse uncurses a mysterious kid in the woods and promptly adopts her, becoming the DILF he was always meant to be. They engage in fun family-bonding shenanigans while helping literally everyone they meet.
The world does not deserve this man and neither do we. He must be protected at all costs.
Dude from a world with magic is hit by Truck-kun's cousin Magical Train-san and wakes up in a different world with magic, where his annoyance at inefficiency immediately makes him the most powerful person on the planet.
Overworked, underpaid, unappreciated mage specializing in ridonkulously long-lasting low-level enchantment finally has enough and quits his job. In theory, anyway. He's still working for pretty much anyone who's not a slimy noble or incompetent public official.
Also MC claims he's 19 but he looks about 8. I want to make him cookies and put him down for a nap. I've heard of being baby-faced, but this is ridiculous, kiddo.
Dungeons are more like arena simulators broadcast as a form of entertainment; Black Mage has been debuffing floor bosses so hard the DPS can oneshot them, but he can do it standing still so screw him, I guess. Public pressure and some shitty teammates lead to him leaving the team and immediately being offered a very high position among the demons he's been debuffing this whole time.
Beast tamer is betrayed by his party and left for dead in a dungeon, but winds up taming the dungeon boss as his first familiar. Goes on to collect all sorts of familiars, forming a tight-knit team/family.
Lucky is best boy. Gargoyle is best housewife. Lock is too good for this sinful earth.
Most OP white mage in the history of magic is treated so badly by his team that he believes himself to be sub-par and is kicked out for being 'useless'. While his former team learn the hard way he was doing literally everything for them, a new team with basic common decency picks him up.
"We've only had Lloyd for a day and a half, but if anything happened to him, we would kill everyone in this kingdom and then ourselves." - Lloyd's new team, probably
Repairman gets kicked out of his party because having a guy around who can repair literally anything isn't hella useful to adventurers or anything. Goes on to repair everything from heirloom swords to hairpins to dresses, making connections and getting closer to his dream of opening his own shop just like his beloved granddad.
Also he doesn't have a Repair skill: he just straight up restores things by hand. It's glorious.
MC is kicked out of his sword-crazy family for being given the profession of Farmer, and is attacked and injured by his twin brother as a final screw you.
Quite possibly the grittiest depiction of surviving alone in the wilderness with no preperation I've ever seen: poor kid survives on rotten meat and polluted water thanks to his Poison Resistance skill and having no other options. Can I give him a hug now?
