girl engaged to crown prince, who falls for her sister and exiles her. she is sent to the north where she feeds a starving wolf. assassins try and save her and the wolf steps in to protect her. she wakes up in the wolf's home, wolf bites her so they are now mates. she settles into life in the wolf village but wants to leave, wolf says she can't leave as she has no where to go. back at the palace, the prince is angry the assassins failed, and now her sister says she will deal with her.
