keep yaoi traditional

i feel so strongly toward this one. and mind you, i’m fairly apathetic when reading yaoi, but this one is just so disheartening to witness. like haewon is subjected to some of the sickest forms of abuse throughout the novel and never really gets his lick back

spoilers:
although haewon does attempt to drown haeyoung, he ultimately fails to see the deed through

only miserable people hate this yaoi meanwhile i be having a ball in this bitch

i have a feeling once they communicate their true feelings to each other i’ll be dropping this one

update: (dropped) the plot did not go the way i intended, like they should’ve maintained the whole possessive pretense going for the seme

y’all are gonna hate me for this, but i hope they keep this whole love triangle shtick going

i wish the author continued to explore the inferiority complex the uke began to develop like it’s so disappointing to see a plot with the perfect psychological potential be diminished in an instant due to lazy and crappy writing

its only redeeming trait is the art, the writing is by definition subpar

i don’t know how i feel about the art but that aside, the plot, the dynamic set up between the uke and seme, and the mental gymnastics the uke constantly puts himself through scratches my brain just right

this author doesn’t know how to conduct a story properly. every time i’ve come across one of their works, the same repetitive thought fills my brain: how do you have all the proper pieces, yet fail to fill the board

we just have to be grateful that their ukes have never been monstrous muscle riddled subhumans
