Similarity rank: 9/10
Difference is within the characters and plot setting, it's based in the acting industry and the mc knew the ml before the body switch, but they hadn't seen/run across each other again until the body switch.
My personal rating: 3/5
It has smut scenes(I'm not a fan)and the characters aren't to my liking all that much either. there's a lack of bg exploration of the 'new' body too
Similarity ranking: 9/10
Guideverse. MC is a high rank guide. ML is high rank esper and they are partners. MC dies & wakes up in new body (5yrs later) of another younger guide.
Very similar character types. Somewhat a cold, distant, overpowering ML & strong, feisty, stubborn MC who originally was in a stronger body before waking up in a weaker twink-like body.
Personal rating so far: 5/5
Similarity rank: 8/10
Very similiar, with mc switching to a body of a bullied student caused by an accident. Difference is he switches back to his own original body of a 30 year old man everyday at 7pm sharp and back to student body at 7am. This covers what I thought ATEOTR lacked which is getting original body back. Also meets his ex-classmate who is now a gym teacher.
Personal rating: 5/5 so far, it's uncompleted but it's very interesting with funny characters & intriguing plot

Looks like the only similarity is getting into an accident and waking up in a new body. This is set in the entertainment industry and mc needs to 'help' (avenge)the original body owner. Like ATEOTR it's a slight mystery type of story but unlike it, mc doesn't know any of the people surrounding him in his new body. I have no idea who the romantic interest is.

Like ATEOTR mc gets into an accident, wakes up in a new body and it's set in a school environment as well (university) where he meets an old friend who is grieving his death. It's also similar in the aspect that the old friend liked the mc, and the mc in a new body seems really familiar to him. Difference is that it doesn't seem to have a mystery/thriller aspect to it and focuses more on loss
