Ch. 1,5.5: Mikiya quickly befriends his new neighbor Hisashi. When Hisashi is transferred to Mikiya's office for a project, Mikiya's feelings for Hisashi change and his apartment's thin walls give them away.

Ch. 1,5.1: Though Setsu is unsure of whether they're lovers or friends, Ritarou always does as Setsu asks. After moving in together, Ritarou's brother Rihito, suddenly shows up, asking Ritarou to return home with him. Setsu finally gets fed up with Ritarou's nonchalant attitude that plays with others feelings.

Ch.2: Akito is forced by his mom to be tutored by their tenant Kusanagi, in exchange for waiving his rent. However, Akito gets a lesson in sex ed instead.
