heyy, i found another uncensored manhua, the artstyle and everything is totally manhwa like but the artist is Chinese and so are the character names. Just like "The Promise" dick isn't explicitly uncensored but rather invisible but there are sex panels, so i think it qualifies for this list.
Kinda hesitant to rec this cuz it's psychological, there's age gap and a bit more messed up stuff, not to an extreme extent but to say the least it's not your average romantic bl story. Its not yet completed, on hiatus for season 2.

Its in my want to read list, so haven't read it yet, as from your description and the pics in the album section, i saw the kiss being censored in the illegally translated version and the sex was implied and kinda shown but no explicit dicks, this was the same with "The Promise" the dick was never explicitly shown, although the smut part had more panels in comparison I'd consider them of the same category, so that's more than enough for this manhua to make it into this list, plus you said the official version uncensored a lot of it so that's just more of the reason to have hope that they might add more smut panels, even if they don't, its fine since the kisses are uncensored and the sex scene has enough panels.
In short, I'd say add it here, it qualifies for this list.
