After third year editor Tsukamoto has a terrible first meeting with his new neighbor and his cockatiel Ai-chan, the two begin competing over every little thing. To make things worse, when it turns out they like the same woman, they're dumped with news of her engagement. However, Tsukamoto has one good thing going for him.
