there is an anime with one season, it isn’t entirely faithful to the manga though and the anime ending is completely made up
literally iconic, still peeved that she didn’t end up with hikaru because I loved them
there’s multiple animes, I’ve only seen the original, but the remake covers the entire manga
it’s completely innocent but the guys turn into animals sometimes so that might be a bit weird

our main girl is 17 and our main guy is 19, also overall more adult themes as this is josei

I read this when I was really young and it’s still a beautiful and engaging story, there are some weird adult and kid interactions though. the romance is very slow, it’s not the main focus at all. it’s still a pretty big theme but it’s secondary to the story
