This manhwa did a great job of showing the emotional repression and the angst of the lack of communication of their requited feelings between them, build up of their dependence on each other and their comfort in each other’s presence was top-tier. I just hated the way they never got around to properly communicating even towards the end of the climax. And don’t get me started on the goddamn timeskip. Also I honestly prefer the artstyle for Jinhyuk when he was in highschool rather than
I lowkey f with the obsessive fixation Jay has for Yoohan (tho at times it’s completely irrational esp. in the beginning) And I LOVE the reunited/“fated” lovers trope so the whole tattoo ordeal was . I like the characterization of both main protags I just wish there was more intimate lovemaking
Red candy had great pacing overall, and I really liked the balance of smut and plot.
Sihyun and Hajun have such a cute, passionate, and meaningful dynamic, and I LOVE the reunited sweethearts trope!!! The fact that they knew each other when they were smol lil kids! Their reunion and the rest of the plot is a bit contrived but who cares ^^
This one isn’t conventionally what I’d put under psychological slowburn angst but it’s fire nonetheless. Hairy hot dilf + cute lil twink is a combination that can’t be topped (heh). Also I have very serious daddy issues if that wasn’t evident. I don’t have a good father figure in my life
