this is the BEST ROMANCE MANGA I’VE EVER READ. i’ve reread it god only knows how many times. i love sasamiya (the ship name) with all my heart, they have such deep respect for each others, both understanding of the other, they comunicate, their love is genuine and full of gentleness. shou harusono put SO MUCH THOUGHT AND CARE in this work (and in all of her works). even the characters surrounding them feels REAL. i would write more but i dont have enough space. i can’t recommen
this is the volume 0, i speak more on the full manga, but this volume still dear to me, it’s how they met, even if it wasn’t the perfect way. i miss their quite life on the island, where it all started.
ohhh they’re so dear to me… they act like they’re an old sweet couple and i love them for it. whenever i read this i feel at peace. they’re not super lovely dovey, but that doesn’t mean they don’t love each other soso much. they melt my heart, to me it’s a realistic representation of a gay couple, the struggle are real but so is the joy. i love the contrast between shun and mio, they help each others where the other is lacking. really made for each oth
SHE’S MY FAV MANGAKA FRRRR, this is another WONDERFUL example of a really good written story. this is not the typical love story, both of them have such different idea of what love is, but try to come to each other, understand and care. i think this kinda goes under the aroace spectrum, especially hirano. it feels both romantic and platonic and i really love that. love doesn’t have just one form. queer love is amazing.
if i start speaking. this manga is truly important and dear to me. it stayed with me during my darkest time, to lift me up and remind me that life is worth living. i would describe it as a bitter-sweet story, with love it also come pain. some pain might never go away, but they still on fighting, because they love music, and just can’t stop living. mafuyu and ugetsu’s characters especially resonate with me strongly. the dawn will eventually come, so everything is okay. thank you given
i really love seeing everyone after 10 years, they all changed so much, it somehow reassure you that it’s okay to change. the interaction are super funny, the art is 10/10, i can fell the love for this story. can’t wait to see more, I WANT TO SEE HOW UGETSU IS DOING !!!
as a transgender person myself, this really hit. it talks about trauma, accepting one self, understanding that it’s okay to open up to other, that sometimes you’re wrong and that’s okay, that self expression comes in many different shapes. i think everyone should read it at least once, trans or not. their love might just give you enough courage.
pnce again, Harusono Shou strikes again. this… wow i don’t know how to describe it. it’s not a romantic story, but it’s still full of love. a platonic one. but also a strong love for theatre, friends and living in general. this was a breath of fresh hair, it’s not everyday you find such a well written platonic love between two male friends. they make me so happy uuggghhhh
INLOVE THEM SOMMCUH… at first i only read the other work form the same author and told myself, “yea this looks cute but i bet it never gonna beat robber x lover” BOY WAS I WRONG. THIS IS SOOO SWEEEEETTTT IT’S GONNA GIVR YOU CAVITY BUT A GOOD ONE I SWEAR. they’re young and struggle a lot, both of them have it very hard, but they support each other every single time. the artstyle is SOOOO CUTE and the author gets really creative with the page.
okay i have a thing for buffier uke. it’s just break the stereotypes and i love them for it. the theme of the music comes back once again in my list and this is pure gold! their relationship is well built, they have a curious start, and turn to be super cute and sweet. did you get by now that i love sweet bls? the art is amazing, i just get so intrigued by them, IDK I JUST LOVE THEM A LOT OKAY? im really getting more into adult bl lately, highschooler are cute, but i relate to adult more o
