Yaoi - Body switch

Kono was rushing home after a late night at work worrying about missing the last train. On the way he meets an old classmate, Aki, who he haven't seen for ten years. Due to Aki tripping down the stairs, he and Kono collided, knocking them both out. When they woke up, they have switched bodies.

Depressed man who has trouble cumming jumped from a building to commit suicide and landed on top of another man who is a narcissist. The impact of their heads colliding caused them to switch bodies. Now the narcissist have to try and rescue/protect his body from the suicidal maniac.
