A huge theme throughout this one is about being saved & being the one to save someone, seme fell for uke b/c was saved from kidnapper by him as a child

Ch. 3 - 4 one boy pushes the other out of the way when he was about to get hit by a car
Ch. 7, one boy threatened by thug-like friend group, other boy gets his family to scare the thugs off his lover
