my fav manga to reread at the start of every year....

blue flag, i read this two or three years ago and it's always been on my mind since then. a very beautiful manga about a group of highschool seniors thinking about the future... the character relationships are incredibly well written and i LOVE how indepth and fleshed out the characters are. they very much, aren't what you think they are! the premise is fun, the characters are really fun, and the story is just incredible.

oh my GOSH. i LOVED this.

an incredible story following three seasons! the first season being when the two leads were children, the second season being when they were teenagers, and the third season being when they are adults!!! its story is sosososoo good and the concept is so unique!!! it's unlike any other yaoi/BL ive read before and it's sooo amazing.

FUUUUCKKCK I LOVED THIS.

dunmeshi is SO good. the art style is incredibly distinct and dynamic, every species looks so different from eachother and i can tell the mangaka had an absolute blast designing all the characters!!! the character relationships are incredibly well written and the themes and premise are INCREDIBLE. genuinely one of the best fantasy mangas of this generation.

5/5!!! would recommend to people who want a break from all the super action shounen manga!!!

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. it's such a soft, fluffy feeling while reading and it's incredibly realistic and such a fun happy read. my heart was literally filled with such gentleness while reading this and it made me want to be a better person...

reading inside mari made me question if the author was trans or gay or whatever but they're really just a secret third thing and i fw that so heavy

the manhua is moreso promotion for the novel and 100% NOT the best place to begin tgcf, but i just wanted to say that i absolutely adore tgcf and it's genuinely the first piece of media ever to introduce me to some REAL ROMANCE!!!

i completely forgot about this masterpiece and i genuinely did not remember it being this good

i watched & read given while it was ongoing during 2020 when it blew up, and i don't remember being too obsessed with it. but now 5 years later, i was able to fully digest the manga & the music and im completely fixated on it... i felt such a swarm of emotions and i felt like i wanted to cry so many times! incredibly nuanced and beautiful.
