People followed Best 9.0+ Female Leads to Read (sometimes accompanied with good men too) page 1

This list will include the best female MCs I've read and all ratings would be 9.0+ because they're the best. 

It will be ranked from the best girl (in my opinion) to the least (but she'd still be one of the best). 

I'll include small descriptions of what to expect.
