Loved the anime, getting the manga volumes, so haven't read after volume 9.
It's a super hero series but not in the way you think. Teru is a very shy girl but also Japan's national hero, ironically called Shy. It's about her and other heroes combating a group called Amarariruku, led by their leader, Stigma.
She's not your out-of-the-gate MHA-style hero, she's more real and someone who you'll find yourself rooting for.
This FL is more witty than harbouring physical strength. A humourous, light-hearted read.
This is for the Duke. People don't like how she isn't called a Duchess, but I prefer her being called a Duke. Like how I like female knights being called Sir.

Okay, there's a lot to unpack. This is one of my first GL series, and one of my all-time favs.
It can be a little weird with the human-animal shifting thingy concept and the weird relationship between Ruce and Red at first, BUT it's a good read. Fair warning that there's also smut that can get graphic.
The cast is also like 90% female.
