Plan To Read - Ongoing

This is to keep track of manga I plan to read that are ongoing. In many cases, I won't read these until they either are complete (the main story anyway, side stories do not need to be), or at least a decent amount of the story is uploaded. 
Note that this is no reflection of how good any of these are, as most of the time, I have not read these at all and know very little about them.
