re-read BL material || part 2

5/5 very very good short read
- apocalyptic world, zombie infection
- mc is very apathetic (diagnosed) and doesnt fully grasp human emotions and all, so very interesting to see how he deals with stuff
- other mc, the bottom..? he has hyper memory and can remember everything he sees/ experiences in hyper detail.
- story is about these 2 trying to find a shelter

- cultivation period~ mc is a young lord and ml is a lost child. mc's father took him in out of pity after the ml's whole family was whipped out
- childhood enemies to lovers

- witches and familiars
- witches are hunted down in society for their powers to make humans into familiars. depending on the type of familiars they can make (cat, dog, etc) they can inherit special traits. (9 lives, night vision, agility, etc)
- if the witch dies, so does the familiar

4/5 it had soo much potential but they had to go and rush the ending… so many unanswered questions.
- cute relationship, university setting, omegaverse
- ml is a special breed of alpha who is only attracted to the omega who awakened them.
- mc is a traumatized omega who ran away to escape being unwillingly marked by a senior in uni

5/5 very good world building and plot~
- started this thinking it would be just smut but damn that plot twist sure did its thing
- vampire dominated world, humans are used as livestock for blood and treated like cattle

4/5 its getting kinda cute~
- very weird premise ngl but the artstyle is so so good
- omegaverse~
- newlyweds get special benefits (as the title says) but in return there’s a quota that must be filled in order to avoid fraudulent marriages
- our duo is in a contractual marriage (originally)

- university students trying to find a rescue team and survive
- taking off some points just cuz I don't love how the main couple gets it going with the *cough* scenes.. their first time feels kinda grapey
