it's written like a Wattpad story by a 13 year old. All the miscommunication felt so contrived I can only suspend my disbelief for so long. I think it's trying to be clever with some of it's reveals but instead all I thought was "this is dumb as fuck"
also, the art sucks

this is clearly only written just to scratch that itch for certain tropes, which is fine, but didn't do anything for me.
you can tell the author doesn't know shit about accounting.
I didn't have any expectations coming into this. I only read this because I wanted to indulge in tropes I enjoy and it didn't even deliver on that.
I find this author has interesting concepts but lackluster execution. this being another example of that
