Chapter 7. Uke got stabbed trying to protect the seme.

Chapter 34 - The uke was stabbed and left to bleed. Seme found him and drove uke to the hospital. On the way to the hospital, seme kept talking to uke about random mundane things to keep the uke conscious.

The audit manager (seme) collapsed and fainted in chapter 4 because of cold and malnutrition

Don't know who's the uke and who's the seme because it's shounen ai and doesn't have smutty scene. But the blonde and shorter one collapsed because lack of sleep in chapter 8 while he was walking up the stairs.

Uke fainted in ch.5 from lack of sleep and anemia. He forced himself not to sleep by pinching and punching his thigh. He wants to stay awake so that he could study harder and won't sleepwalk to seme's house.
He's stressed because of the childhood trauma being abused by his biological mother. He was adopted and he thought if he doesn't do better, he'll be thrown out.
