Usually the toxic-relationship-turned-healthy trope is my jam. The redemption was there but the ending was super rushed and weird. Apparently the author wanted the story to have exactly 100 chapters. Honestly so disappointing. I expected to add it to my favorites list...

I started reading this very early on. I spent so much time waiting for new chapters just for this to go downhill with each and every one. What a shame the art is so beautiful. Stopped reading a while ago. Now I know I was right about who the endgame is, even that is not enough to make me finish it.

I knew from the beginning this would be bad. But the side story said UNO REVERSE. It could have been so good as a stand alone release. It changes the setting and characters to a fantasy exorcist x goblin romance. Why is it after this shit?

In case you are wondering about the main plot - It is a forbidden romance between MC and his dead wife's younger BROTHER. ML is highly manipulative and sus but that never gets addressed. They get together and the smut is hot.

One of the most boring omegaverse stories I have ever read. The characters are just so bland and uncool. The miscommunication is frustrating but I don't care about it enough.

Also the sex scenes are missing for some reason.

It's so popular. The art so beautiful. It is supposed to include character development. RIGHT?!? The toxic rapist seme is gonna get a redemption arc. SURE RIGHT?!? It is ongoing so we will eventually get there but when? Why is it taking so long?

Seriously what is this. It started as a revenge plot, is this supposed to be a triller or a romance? Tbh it is neither. Maybe the translation contributes to the confusion but I do not understand the motive behind the characters' actions a lot of the time. I thought ML was trying to make MC fall for him and then dump him but that wasn't it. Then I thought he would push him down the stairs but no. Also how did the sister become so close to ML so quick? What is going on???

MC has some type of sexual trauma. What happened you may ask. No idea, I genuinely don't understand why it is not explained and explored at all. Was it the dad doing sth? Is he even alive? Also MC and his bestie (second couple) are students in relationships with grown men. Can we stop doing that pls? Just make them uni students from the beginning and it won't be yucky anymore.
